At CINCOM, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their order for various reasons. We strive to provide a transparent and flexible cancellation policy to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully:


1. Cancellation Timeframe:

You will receive notification emails once you place an order. You cannot cancel or edit your order by yourself when your order is confirmed. If you want to do that, please contact us at ASAP.

We usually handle our orders within 24 hours (1 business day), and cancellation requests may not be accepted as the order might have already entered the processing or shipping stage.


2. Cancellation Process:

To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team via email at Please include the order number and reason for cancellation in the communication.

Our customer support team will review and process the cancellation request as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. It may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's bank account or credit card statement, depending on their financial institution, approximately within 5-7 business days.

However, if your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or edit your order as it’s very troublesome to intercepted express delivery in the middle, and you can follow our Return & Refund policy.


3. Order Modifications:

Customers who wish to modify their order instead of canceling it must contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will strive to accommodate order modifications, such as changes to shipping address or adding/removing items, within the same cancellation timeframe of 24 hours.
