At CINCOM, we strive to provide the best experience and highest quality products for our valued customers. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a return or refund may be necessary and we provide a refund or exchange of the item within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied. Pease review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and it must also be in the original packaging.
1.1. To request a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@cincomhealth.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or documentation. We will review the return request ASAP and send you further instructions and return address if the return is authorized. DO NOT return the item yourself before receiving the correct return address from our customer service team.
1.2. Once you receive our return authorized notification, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend you to return the item by any shipping method with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. And please provide the return tracking number to our customer service team to expedite the return process.
1.3. If a return or exchange is required due to product quality issues, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and warehouse processing fees. If you need to return or exchange for personal reasons (such us subjective willing, human damaged, incorrect address input, buy it wrong), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and warehouse processing fees based on condition of the item you returned and any other terms of CINCOM’s policies.
1.4. Once we receive your returned or exchanged item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The evaluation will be done based on the condition in which the item was received and any other terms of CINCOM’s policies. If everything approved, we will send out your expected exchange of items or refund within 3-5 business days. You will receive the refund in the original form of payment in approximately 5-7 business days.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to:
- Over 30 days from the date of delivery
- Purchases from the illegitimate resources
- Products showing malicious physical damage
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to seller
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Refunds
The following conditions are eligible for refund:
- Product problems or problems caused by our faults
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible product quality. However, if the items you received do not match the goods you ordered or the product has quality problems. Please provide us with your order number and evidence, images or videos about the product to our customer service email at shop@cincomhealth.com. We will follow up your refund process.
- Items out of stock
If the items you purchased cannot be shipped because out of stock, we will contact you via email. You can choose a full refund or exchange or wait for inventory.
- Remote areas
We are unable to ship and deliver goods to some remote areas and military locations, we will contact you via email and give you a full refund.
Refunds usually take several days to process before being deposited into a bank or credit card account. You will receive the refund in the original form of payment in approximately 5-7 business days. If you haven't received your refund, give it time and call your bank or credit card company to check its status. If your bank or credit card company cannot confirm that a refund is pending, please contact us at shop@cincomhealth.com
Cancellation
You will receive notification emails once you place an order. You cannot cancel or edit your order by yourself when your order is confirmed. If you want to do that, please contact us at shop@cincomhealth.com ASAP. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or edit your order as it’s very troublesome to intercepted express delivery in the middle and you can follow the standard return and refund process mentioned above.
