Shipping Policy

 

We will send you a confirmation email once you place the order and most orders will be processed within 1 business day. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.

 

Shipping Area

We can ship to the Domestic United States, Alaska(AK), Hawaii(HI), Canada, Mexico and Australia.

We can't ship to some US remote areas and military locations, like American Samoa, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Areas.

 

Shipping Cost and Shipping Time

CINCOM shipping method

 

We will process orders within 1 business day. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package. And the delivery time should be warehouse processing time plus shipping time.

For all Domestic USA orders, CINCOM offers FREE shipping (5-7 days delivery). And if you want to speed it up, you can choose express shipping (2-3 days delivery) and will be charged a shipping fee of $20 when check out. Express shipping fee will be waived on orders over $600.

For AK and HI orders, there will be a shipping fee charged of $25. Free shipping on orders over $500. The delivery time is 10-15 days usually.

For Canada orders, there will be a standard shipping fee charged of $15 on orders under 4 lb and $30 on orders over 4 lb. The delivery time is 10-15 days usually.

For Mexico orders (partial products available), there will be a standard shipping fee charged of $15 and the delivery time is 7 days usually.

For Australia orders (partial products available), there will be a standard shipping fee charged of $15 and the delivery time is 7 days usually.

Sometimes, unexpected delays are caused by invalid addresses, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for these late shipments. Please be patient if there is some delay in the delivery.

We ship orders via tracked courier delivery services such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other reliable couriers.

  • Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to. We are unable to change the shipment once the product is in transit.
