Q- About CINCOM

Q- Do electric massagers really help?

A: When used properly, the comforting vibration produced by an electric massager can be soothing and provide relief from aching muscles, fatigue and stress.

 

Payment

Q- What payment methods do you accept?

A: We can accept credit cards as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna.

 

Q- Why has my credit card been declined?

A: The most common credit card issue is incorrect card details, if you have checked that they are correct, the following issues may occur:

  • The card has expired or the new card has not been activated
  • The card has insufficient funds
  • The card is stolen or lost
  • Part of the system timed out

If your credit card can’t be used, we recommend you to make a payment with another card or use PayPal to complete the payment.

 

Coupon Code

Q- How to use a coupon code?

A: To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click “Apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that apply the coupon code before payment.

 

Q- What if the coupon code is invalid?

A: If it shows that if the coupon code is invalid, the following issues may occur:

  • Wrong item: some codes are tied to a specific product, you cannot use it if you purchase another item.
  • Code expired: If a coupon code is indicated for a specific time period, you will not able to use it when it’s expired.
  • Only one code can be used by a single customer on a single order at a time.

 

Orders

Q- How can I cancel or edit my order?

A: You will receive an order confirmation email once you place an order. You cannot cancel or edit your order by yourself when your order is confirmed. If you want to do that, please contact us at shop@cincomhealth.com ASAP. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or edit your order as it’s very troublesome to intercepted express delivery in the middle and you can review our Return & Refund policy.

 

Q- Can I change my shipping address?

A: You cannot change the shipping address by yourself when the order is confirmed, please contact us at shop@cincomhealth.com within 24 hours after placing the order, we will do that for you. Also, we are unable to change the shipping address if your order has been shipped.

 

Q- Items received are missing, damaged or incorrect, what should I do?

A: Please contact our customer service at shop@cincomhealth.com with your order number and the problems you meet. Along with evidence, images or videos can help us process better and faster.

 

Shipping

Q- Where do you ship from and ship to?

A: The goods will be shipped from our US warehouses and we can only ship to the Domestic United States, Alaska(AK) and Hawaii(HI) yet.

 

Q- What’s the shipping costs?

For Domestic USA orders, free shipping (5-7 days delivery) or express shipping (2 days delivery, charged $15) can be chosen. Express shipping fee will be waived on orders over $250.

For AK and HI orders, there will be a shipping fee charged of $25. Free shipping on orders over $500.

 

Q- How do I track my order?

A: You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website on which you can trace your order at.

 

Q- How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Mostly, your order should be received within 2-5 business days, and you will receive an email notification when your order ships.

Q- How long is the warranty on our products?

A:We offer 1-year warranty and long-term after-sale service for you. If you have any problems or advice while using the product, please feel free to contact us.

 

Q- Can I return the product if not satisfied?
