Shipping policy
- Free Shipping (land transportation).
- Processing time: All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of purchase. *Working Days Only
- Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time.
- United States Orders: Normally 2-5working days to receive the products.
Shipping Area
We can only ship to the Domestic United States, Alaska(AK) and Hawaii(HI) yet.
We can't ship to some US remote areas and military locations, like American Samoa, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Areas.
Shipping Cost and Shipping Time
We will process orders within 1 business day. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package. And the delivery time should be warehouse processing time plus shipping time.
For domestic U.S. orders:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $100. A $6 shipping fee applies to orders under $100.
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days): Available for an additional $25 at checkout.
During the holiday season, carrier surcharges may apply due to peak shipping demand.
For AK and HI orders, there will be a shipping fee charged of $30 and the delivery time is 10-15 days usually.
For Canada orders, there will be a standard shipping fee charged of $20 on orders under 3 lb and $35 on orders over 3 lb. The delivery time is 10-15 days usually.
***Prices do not include taxes or import duties. Our orders are shipped from US warehouses, so Canadian customers may be required to pay duties upon delivery.
For Australia orders (partial products available), there will be a standard shipping fee charged of $15 and the delivery time is 7 days usually.
Sometimes, unexpected delays are caused by invalid addresses, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for these late shipments. Please be patient if there is some delay in the delivery.
